How it works: 
  • Retainer packages may be started at any time, and will automatically renew at the same rate every month until cancelled.

  • A minimum three-month commitment is required to sign up.

  • Once you sign up for a retainer package, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to learn more about your business, goals, and target audience, and set up a Google drive where you can share your logo files, brand colors, fonts, etc. This information helps to ensure we are on the same page and cuts down on the time spent discussing project requests.

  • Your retainer package invoice must be paid before any work can begin for the month. 

How do I send you my project requests?

  • I will touch base at the start of the month to discuss projects and expected turnaround time. I’ll include time for up to two (2) revisions for each project. 

  • Project requests should include as much detail as possible (ex: design preferences, inspiration photos, finished artwork size, any printing requirements, deadlines, etc.).

  • Please keep in mind that time spent exploring/brainstorming or requesting multiple revisions can extend projects beyond the estimated time quoted.

  • All copy and photos must be supplied before work can begin.  

What type of work can my retainer package hours be used for?

  • Website updates, social media graphics, photo editing, basic print design projects like business card updates or flyers, etc. (Website updates include such tasks as swapping out photos, adding/changing text, etc.)

  • Retainer packages may not be applied to website design, website redesign, or branding projects.

  • Larger projects may need to be quoted separately depending on the scope of work.

What if I use all of my hours and still have projects I want done?

  • If you use all of the hours in your monthly retainer package and still have additional work to be done, you may purchase additional hours at your retainer’s hourly rate until your retainer renews. For example, if you are on the 5-hour package but need 7 hours during one particularly busy month, the additional two hours will be billed at $65/hour.

What if I don’t use all of my time?

  • Retainer package hours expire 30 days after the invoice is paid. Unused hours may not be rolled over from month to month.

  • It is your responsibility to make sure your hours are used within the 30-day time frame. 

What if I want to cancel my retainer package?

  • You may cancel at any time after your three-month minimum commitment has ended.

  • There are no refunds for unused hours.
